All Sales Are Final
All of our items are carefully handcrafted, which means we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

We always recommend double-checking your sizing and color selections before checkout.
If Something Arrives Damaged
We want you to be happy with your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Because we start working on orders quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, the order cannot be canceled.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces are created specifically for you, so once work has begun, they cannot be canceled or refunded. Please be confident in your color choices and measurements before confirming your custom order.
