At CurlandStitchCo, every piece is made stitch-by-stitch with love, time, and intention. Because our products are handmade and often customized, please review our policy below before placing an order.

 All Sales Are Final

All of our items are carefully handcrafted, which means we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

This includes:

• Custom color items

• Made-to-order pieces

• Bucket hats, cat-ear beanies, and coasters

We always recommend double-checking your sizing and color selections before checkout.

 If Something Arrives Damaged

​

We want you to be happy with your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll take care of you and offer a replacement if your claim is approved.

 Order Cancellations

​

Because we start working on orders quickly, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, the order cannot be canceled.

 Custom Orders

Custom pieces are created specifically for you, so once work has begun, they cannot be canceled or refunded. Please be confident in your color choices and measurements before confirming your custom order.
